  1. 16 slices streaky bacon, cut in half

  2. 2 (200g) packets cream cheese

  3. 1 packet pitta bread

  1. Preheat your oven's grill.

  2. Open pittas, and spread generously with cream cheese on the inside.

  3. Replace tops, and use a pizza cutter to slice into 2.5cm (1 in) wide strips. Cut the long strips in half. Roll up each piece, and wrap with half of a strip of bacon. Secure with cocktail sticks.

  4. Grill for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the bacon is cooked through. Remove them to a bowl or platter lined with a napkin or kitchen roll. Remove toothpicks before serving.
