  1. 900g (2 lb) minced beef

  2. 2 cloves garlic, minced

  3. 2 green chillies, seeded and minced

  4. 1 small poblano chilli, seeded and minced

  5. 1 fresh habanero pepper, seeded and minced

  6. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper handful chopped fresh coriander

  7. 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  1. Preheat barbecue (or grill) for high heat.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Form into burger patties.

  3. Lightly oil the cooking grate. Cook burgers 5 minutes per side, or until well done.
