  1. 2 pounds lean ground beef

  2. 3 tablespoons chili powder

  3. 2 pounds crawfish tails

  4. 1 can tomato sauce -- (8 oz)

  5. 1 teaspoon garlic -- chopped fine

  6. 1 cup dry white wine

  7. 2 teaspoons salt water

  8. 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  9. 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice

  10. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  11. 1 cup chopped onions

  12. 1 teaspoon dried mint bacon drippings

  13. 1 tablespoon dried parsley
