  1. 1 package Fettucine pasta

  2. 1 tbl spoon olive oil

  3. 2 qts water

  4. 1/2 lb gulf shrimp without shells

  5. 4 tbl unsalted butter

  6. 3 tbl spoons garilc in oil

  7. 1 qt heavy whipping cream

  8. 2 egg yolks

  9. 16 oz parm. Cheese

  10. parsley for garnish and taste

  1. Place water in lg pot bring to boil add olive oil to water add pasta to boiling water and oil mixture in a pan add 2 tbl spoons butter, 1 tbl spoon garlic in oil and shrimp cook untill shrimp are dark pink almost brown in color in another pan over med heat add butter until melted add 2 tbl spoons drained garlic in oil stir for about 30 seconds add heavy whipping cream add 2 egg yolks and stir the mixture when cream starts to bubble add parm. Cheese a little at a time continue to stir until cheese is completly desolved remove shrimp from first pan and place in pan with alfredio mixture drain fettucine pasta and drain place pasta on plate dip out enough Alfredo mixture to cover pasta sprinkle parsley over alfredio serve hot with garlic bread
