  3. 1 cup basil leaves

  4. 1/4 tablespoon pine nut s

  5. 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

  6. 1/4 cup olive oil Salt

  1. Toast pine nuts in oven at 300 degrees for 3 minutes. In a food processor, combine garlic, basil, salt, pine nuts and cheeses into a paste. Gradually blend in olive oil; adjust seasoning. Cook pasta to al dente and drain. Toss penne with pesto and serve.
