  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Sauerkraut

  2. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Blue grapes

  3. 6 oz 170g Ham - cooked

  4. Dressing

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Yogurt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper, white

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Honey

  1. Rinse and drain sauerkraut; chop coarsely. Wash grapes and cut in half; remove seeds if desired.

  2. Cut ham in julienne strips. Gently mix these 3 ingredients.

  3. Blend dressing ingredients and stir into sauerkraut mixture.

  4. Marinate for 10 minutes.

  5. Adjust seasoning before serving, if necessary.
