  1. 1 cup 237ml Freshly-squeezed orange juice

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Dijon mustard

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Honey

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Horseradish

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Minced fresh thyme

  6. 2 Garlic cloves - minced

  7. Salt - to taste

  8. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  9. 4 lbs 1816g / 64oz Ribs from a standing rib roast

  1. Cook the orange juice over medium heat until it is reduced by half, about 6 to 8 minutes.

  2. While the juice reduces, whisk together the mustard, honey, horseradish, thyme, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the reduced orange juice.

  3. Grill the ribs over a medium-hot fire, basting frequently with the glaze until they are medium-rare and slightly charred, about 15 minutes.

  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
