  1. 4 larges Chicken breasts; boiled, boned and diced

  2. Mayonnaise for spreading consistency

  3. 2 tablespoons Durkees dressing

  4. Salt to taste

  5. 24 slices Thin white bread; toasted on one side only

  6. 1 Bunch watercress; stems removed

  7. 1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese

  8. 3 ounces Bleu cheese

  9. 1 teaspoon Onion salt

  10. teaspoon Garlic salt

  11. teaspoon Black pepper

  12. 1 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  13. 1 large Avocado; thinly sliced

  14. 16 slices Bacon; crumbled

  1. Combine chicken meat, mayonnaise, Durkees and salt. Spread chicken filling on untoasted side of 8 slices of bread. Cover with watercress. Combine cream cheese, Bleu cheese, onion salt, garlic salt, black pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Spread cheese filling on 8 slices of bread. Cover with avocado. Sprinkle with bacon. Place on top of first slices. Cover with remaining slices of bread, toasted side up. Cut into quarters. Yield: 8 sandwiches.
