  1. 3 cups 438g / 15oz Grated sharp Cheddar cheese

  2. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Flaked halibut

  3. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Finely-chopped onion

  4. 1 Frozen chopped broccoli - thawed and drained

  5. 1 1/3 cups 315ml Milk

  6. 3 Eggs

  7. 3/4 cup 82g / 2.9oz Bisquick baking mix

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Lemon pepper

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Minced garlic

  10. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Dried thyme leaves

  1. Mix 2 cups cheese, halibut, onion and broccoli together and place in a 10-inch greased pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, lemon pepper, garlic and thyme. Pour over halibut-broccoli mixture.

  2. Bake 400 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese and bake 1 to 2 minutes longer to melt cheese. Cool 5 minutes and cut into wedges. Garnish with tomato and parsley.
