  1. 450g (1lb) Welsh lamb mince

  2. 30ml (2tbsp) fresh mint, chopped

  3. Black pepper

  4. 75g (3oz) feta, crumbled

  5. Guacamole

  6. Ciabatta rolls

  7. Seasonal salad

  8. Olives

  1. In a bowl, mix together the Welsh lamb mince, fresh mint, black pepper and feta then combine well together.

  2. Shape into 6 medium-sized burgers and cook on a barbecue or under a pre-heated grill for approximately 12 minutes or until cooked through.

  3. Serve in toasted ciabatta rolls with a dollop of guacamole, large seasonal salad and a side dish of olives.
