  1. 2 heads lettuce (either red leaf or green leaf lettuce or spinach)

  2. 1/3 cup bacon pieces

  3. 1 purple onion , sliced thin

  4. 1 cup strawberries, sliced thin

  5. 1/3 cup sugar

  6. 1 cup cashew s

  7. In a pan on the stove, stir until sugar caramelizes to the cashews.

  8. 15 wontons, cut into shreds and fry in small amount of oil

  9. Dressing :

  10. 2 T red wine vinegar

  11. 3 T sugar

  12. 1/2 cup oil

  13. 1/2 tsp dry mustard

  14. 1/2 cup strawberry jam

  15. 1/2 tsp salt
