  3. 3/4 c Pumpkin; solid pack

  7. 3/4 c Brown sugar; firmly packed

  8. 1 c Oil

  9. 2 c Flour

  10. 2 ts Baking powder

  11. 1 ts Baking soda

  12. 1 ts Cinnamon

  13. 1/2 ts Ginger

  14. 1/2 ts Nutmeg

  15. 1/2 ts Salt

  16. Cream cheese frosting- recip -

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Beat eggs in large mixer bowl. Add pumpkin, sugars and oil; beat well. Add remaining ingredients except Frosting. Beat until well blended. Spread into greased 15 x 10 x 1′ jelly roll pan. Bake @ 350 degrees 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
