  1. 2 lb. shrimp, peeled

  2. 2 garlic cloves, minced salt to taste

  3. 2 tbsp. chives, minced dash of Worcestershire sauce

  4. 1/2 cup butter

  5. 3 lemons, juiced pepper to taste

  6. 1/2 cup parsley, minced p>

  1. : In a saucepan, saute garlic in butter. Remove from heat and add lemon juice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and chives. Mix well and add shrimp. Let marinade for at least thirty minutes. Stick shrimp on skewers and place aluminum foil on grill. Place the skewers on the aluminum foil and grill for 8-10 minutes or until cooked.
