  1. Beefsteak Marinade

  2. 1/4 cup oil

  3. 1/4 cup vermouth

  4. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  5. 1 tsp. prepared mustard

  6. 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

  7. 2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced

  8. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  9. 1/2 tsp. salt

  10. 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  11. Combine all marinade ingredients in electric blender container.

  12. cover; process for about 2 minutes. Pour marinade over steak; let

  13. stand at room temperature for 4 hours. Remove steak from marinade

  14. before cooking. Marinade may be used for basting sauce when cooking

  15. steak or reserved for other uses.
