  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Crab meat

  2. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Seasoned breadcrumbs

  3. 1 Egg

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Mayonnaise

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Worcestershire sauce

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dry mustard

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Butter

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped parsley -

  11. 1 Cayenne pepper - Red pepper flakes - to taste,

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine all ingredients, except crab, in a bowl. Mix well. Add crab and mix gently, but thoroughly. Shape into six cakes. Cook five minutes each side. Top with tartar sauce.
