  3. 2 smallish tomato es or one large tomato, peeled and cut into wedges

  4. 1/2 yellow onion , peeled and sliced

  5. 1 clove of garlic, chopped

  6. Olive oil

  7. 5 or 6 slices of cheese - jack or cheddar

  8. Basil , either dry or chopped fresh

  9. Salt and pepper
