  1. 3/4 c. flour

  2. 1 tsp. baking powder

  3. 1/2 tsp. salt

  4. 1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)

  5. 3 tbsp. butter

  6. 1/2 c. milk

  7. 1 egg

  8. 1 lg. can sliced peaches

  9. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

  10. 1/2 c. sugar

  11. 3 tbsp. peach juice, reserved from sliced peaches

  12. 1 tbsp. sugar

  13. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, dry pudding, butter, milk and egg; mix at medium speed of mixer 2 minutes. Pour into 10″ pie pan.

  2. Drain peaches reserving 3 tablespoons juice for later use. Lay peach slices close together on top of dough.

  3. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and peach juice; mix 2 minutes. Pour over peaches. Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Chill before serving.
