  5. 1 c Finely crushed pretzels

  6. salted or unsalted

  7. 1 tb Sugar

  8. 1/3 c Butter or margarine; melted

  9. 16 oz Cream cheese; softened

  10. 1 c Sugar

  11. 1/3 c Hershey's european style

  12. -cocoa

  13. 2 Eggs

  14. 8 oz Dairy sour cream

  15. 2 ts Vanilla extract

  16. Recipe by: www.hersheys.com Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In medium bowl, stir

  17. together crushed pretzels, 1 tablespoon sugar and butter.

  18. 9-inch springform pan. Bake

  19. minutes; cool slightly. In large mixer bowl, beat cream

  20. cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually beat in 1 cup

  21. sugar and cocoa. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well

  22. after each addition. Stir in sour cream and vanilla; blend

  23. well. Pour batter over crust. Bake 35 minutes. Turn off

  24. oven; leave cheesecake in oven 20 minutes without opening

  25. door. Remove from oven. With knife, loosen cake from side

  26. of pan. Cool completely; remove side of pan. Cover;

  27. refrigerate. Garnish as desired. Cover; refrigerate

  28. 10 to 12 servings.

  29. Creamy Chocolate Cheesecake Squares:

  30. Double ingredients above for pretzel crust. Press mixture

  31. firmly on bottom of buttered 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake

  32. as directed. Prepare cheesecake using recipe above. Bake 35

  33. minutes or until edges are set (edges may crack slightly).

  34. Remove from oven. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
