  1. White fish - 1

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Water

  3. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Lemon pepper

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Low fat margarine - melted

  5. 1 Egg white

  6. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Cornflake crumbs

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Chopped fresh parsley

  1. Preheat oven 400F Lightly spray a medium size shallow baking pan with vegetable spray.

  2. Rinse fish and pat dry. In small bowl, beat egg white with a little water.

  3. Dip fish in egg white, then roll in crumbs. Arrange fish in baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and parsley, then drizzle margarine over all.

  4. Bake uncovered 20 min or until fish flakes easily.
