  5. 2 ea Egg yolk, hard boiled

  6. 1 ea Egg yolk, raw

  7. 1/2 ts Mustard

  8. 1/2 ts Salt

  9. 2 ts Vinegar

  10. 1/2 ea Lemon, juice of

  11. 1/2 c Olive oil

  12. 1 x Paprika

  13. Mash and work smooth the hard cooked egg yolks; stir

  14. in with tablespoon the raw egg yolk and mustard; work

  15. smooth. Add the oil by the tablespoonful and when half

  16. of the oil has been used, add vinegar and lemon juice,

  17. working them in very slowly. Add salt and paprika and slowly work in the remaining oil. If a greater

  18. quantity of mayonnaise is desired, continue to add

  19. oil, lemon juice and vinegar until the original

  20. quantity is almost doubled. Use only a tablespoon in

  21. working this dressing.
