  1. 1 pound crab meat

  2. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  3. 2 tablespoon parsley, fresh, minced

  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  5. 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs

  6. 2 each eggs, beaten

  7. 8 tablespoon butter

  8. 8-10 crab cakes and refrigerate

  9. 30 minutes. Melt butter in a large skillet and saute crab cakes until golden brown on all sides,

  10. 5-7 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges or an appropriate sauce.
