  1. Ingredients :Serves 4-5

  2. 8 oz Marinade

  3. 2 tablespoons 1 tablespoon 1/2 tablespoon 2 teaspoons 1/2 teaspoon 1 tablespoon 3 1 3 slices 1/2 teaspoon 1 teaspoon 1 tablespoon Tender beef

  4. Soy sauce

  5. Cold water

  6. Wine

  7. Cornstarch

  8. Green peppers

  9. Green onion

  10. Ginger

  11. Sugar

  12. Salt

  13. Oil

  1. Shred beef about 1 inch in length, mixwith soy sauce, wine oil, cornstarch, salt and soak for 1 hour.

  2. Clean green pepper, remove seeds andmembrane, cut in halves and shred crosswise.

  3. Cut green onion and ginger into 1 inchlengths and shred.

  4. Heat oil in pan, fry beef and stir brisklyover high heat about 10 seconds, drain out.

  5. Heat another 3 tablespoons oil in pan.

  6. Stir fry ginger and green onion, then add shredded green pepper, salt,sugar and stir well.

  7. Add beef, blend thoroughly and serve.
