  1. Soak scallops in boiling water until cooked. Set aside.

  2. Cook lotus root and French beans with salt and sugar until soft. Set aside.

  3. Deep-fry minced garlic until dried and golden yellow.

  4. Stir-fry all the ingredients for a short while. Add seasoning mix and stir well. Top with fried garlic.
