  2. 3 Belgian endive , thinly sliced crosswise

  3. 2 tablespoons almonds, peeled and shelled

  4. 4 tablespoons oil

  5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  6. 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  7. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  2. Mix the dressing and pour on salad.

  3. Toss thoroughly and serve.
