  1. 6 sprig(s) fresh mint , plus more for garnish 3 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice

  2. 2 teaspoon(s) (to 3) superfine sugar

  3. 1 cup(s) ice cubes , plus more for serving 25 cup(s) golden rum

  4. 1/2 cup(s) plain seltzer or club soda

  5. Lime wedge , for garnish

  1. In cocktail shaker, with wooden spoon, crush mint, lime juice, and sugar.

  2. Add ice cubes and golden rum. Shake until well blended.

  3. Fill 1 tall glass with ice cubes. Strain drink into glass and top off with seltzer. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wedge.
