  2. 1 medium head romaine lettuce, shredded

  3. 1 cup coarsely chopped celery

  4. 1/2 cup coarsely chopped green pepper

  5. 1/2 cup coarsely chopped red pepper

  6. 1 cup coarsely chopped onion

  7. 1, 10 ounces, package frozen peas, thawed

  8. 4 hard cooked eggs, sliced

  9. 1 cup mayonnaise

  10. 1/2 cup sour cream

  11. 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

  12. 1 3/4 cups medium sharp cheese, grated

  13. 8 strips bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled

  1. Place lettuce in bottom of large bowl or 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan, preferrably clear.

  2. In layers, add celery, peppers, onion, peas and eggs.

  3. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream and sugar. Spread on top.

  4. Top with cheese and bacon.

  5. Refrigerate overnight.
