  1. 1 1/2 cups port wine

  2. 1/4 cup sugar

  3. 1 cup mixed dried fruit

  4. 1/2 cup dried cranberries

  5. Low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt, desired amount

  6. Toasted slivered almonds, for garnish

  1. In a small saucepan , simmer together port wine and sugar over medium-high heat until the sugar has dissolved. Add dried fruit and dried cranberries . Bring mixture to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  2. Serve over frozen yogurt and garnish with toasted slivered almonds.
