  1. Ingredients :

  2. 500g Fresh prawns (peeled)

  3. 500g New Potatoes

  4. 300g Free range mayonnaise

  5. 100 g Chick peas (tinned)

  6. 10 Small baby red radishes

  7. 4 Spring onions

  8. 2 Small carrots

  9. 2 tsp Olive oil

  10. 5 Chili seeds

  11. Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Peel and boil potatoes until cooked but still firm. Allowtocool down.

  2. Chop potatoes into small chunks and add to large bowl.

  3. Peel, chop spring onions, radishes and carrots finely and add tothebowl.

  4. Add drained chick peas, chili seeds, prawns, olive oil andmayonnaise.

  5. Season with salt and pepper and fold gently.

  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
