    1. 1 Spray a

    2. 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam and sprinkle

    3. 1 C. coconut and 1 C. nuts in pan. Mix one box of chocolate cake mix with:

    4. 3 eggs

    5. 1 1/4 C. water

    6. 1/2 C. oil Pour cake ingredients over the coconut and nuts. Mix together well:

    7. 2 C. powdered sugar

    8. 1 Pkg. Cream cheese -- (1 oz.) (1 to 8)

    9. 1/2 Stick margarine or butter

    10. 1 Tsp. vanilla -- (1 to 2)

    1. Preparation : Put over cake mixture and bake in 350 oven for 40 min. Test with a toothpick as it may take a little longer.
