  1. 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix --

  2. 4 svg size

  3. 1 package ladyfingers

  4. 3 tablespoons cream sherry

  5. 1/4 cup strawberry preserves

  6. 2 cups cut-up kiwi fruit

  7. 2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds

  8. 4 ounces frozen dessert topping -- thawed

  1. Preparation : Prepare instant vanilla pudding mix according to pkg. Instructions. Set aside. Cut ladyfingers into cubes. In a 2 quart serving bowl, layer half of the cubed lady fingers. Sprinkle w/ half the sherry. Dot with half the preserves. Top w/ half the kiwi and half the almonds. Pour half the prepared pudding over all. Repeat layers beginning w/ remaining ladyfingers, sherry, preserves, fruit, almonds and pudding. Chill until ready to serve. To serve, top with frozen dessert topping, thawed. Approximately 10 minutes.
