  1. Marinade

  2. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  3. 2 tbsp. lemon juice

  4. 2 tbsp. sugar

  5. 2 tbsp. fresh shredded or minced ginger root

  6. 2-4 cloves chopped garlic Chicken

  7. 1 lb. chicken wings, tips cut off and wings cut in two

  1. Mix ingredients & marinate overnight (at least 6 hrs)

  2. Place single layer of wings on cookie sheet and bake at 400*

  3. for 18 minutes, turn them over for 18 minutes, until bubbling & browned
