  1. 2 (14-ounce) packages prepared chocolate pudding

  2. 1 cup mascarpone cheese

  3. 1 (12-ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed

  4. 2 dozen frosted chocolate cupcakes

  5. 1 (8-ounce) package peanut butter cups or chocolate covered caramels

  1. In large bowl, combine the pudding with the mascarpone cheese. Fold in 1/2 cup of the frozen whipped topping and set aside.

  2. Crumble one-third of the cupcakes, including the frosting, into a large glass bowl. Top with one-third of the pudding mixture and one-third of the remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with candy.

  3. Repeat layers, ending with candy. Cover and refrigerate for 2-24 hours before serving. Serves 12-14
