  1. 1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7oz Vanilla wafer crumbs

  2. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Sugar

  3. 6 tablespoons 90ml Butter - melted

  4. 16 oz 454g Cream cheese - softened

  5. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Sugar

  6. 3 Eggs

  7. 1/2 cup 118ml Bananas - mashed Banana - sliced

  1. Recipe Instructions Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add the sugar, mixing well after each addition. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each. Stir in the mashed bananas. Pour filling into a cooled pie shell and place sliced banana on top. Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated 350F oven. Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
