    1. 2 cups flour

    2. 1 teaspoon baking powder

    3. 1 teaspoon baking soda

    4. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

    5. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

    6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

    7. 1/4 cup cocoa

    8. 3 eggs

    9. 2 cups sugar

    10. 1/2 cup oil

    11. 3/4 cup buttermilk

    12. 2 cups zucchini -- grated

    13. 1 cup nuts -- chopped

    14. 1 teaspoon vanilla

    15. 1 teaspoon grated orange peel

    1. Sift together the first 7 ingredients and set aside. Beat together the eggs, sugar and oil. Add buttermilk, zucchini, vanilla and orange peel and mix. Add flour mixture and nuts. Bake in 9" x 13" greased and floured pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
