  1. INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS:

  2. 1 c. tomato sauce

  3. 1 lb. Ditalini pasta

  4. 1 (4-6 oz.) can Great Northern beans (or fresh cooked white beans - approximately 1/2 lb.)

  5. 1. Bring pasta to boil until desired tenderness.

  6. 2. Drain (leaving just a little water).

  7. 3. Return pasta to stove.

  8. 4. Add tomato sauce.

  9. 5. Add beans.

  10. 6. Heat and serve. TIP: Top each serving with grated Parmesan cheese and serve with bread and butter and Caesar salad. Great source of fiber and vitamins. Approximately 4 to 6 servings.
