  2. 2 Bacon

  3. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Onion - chopped

  4. 1/2 Tomato - chopped

  5. 2 Garlic - minced Cilantro - to taste Salt - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Cook bacon and remove to paper towel. Do not pour all grease off from bacon. Add the can of pinto beans, crumbled bacon, onion, tomato, garlic, cilantro and salt. Heat through and mash with potato masher until desired consistency. Heat beans uncovered until they cook down and lose some of the liquid.
