  1. 1 1/2 cups 93g / 3 1/3oz Flour

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Paprika

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  5. 1 cup 237ml Milk

  6. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Cube steak

  7. 1/4 cup 59ml Vegetable oil

  8. 1 McCormick Country Gravy Mix

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine first four ingredients. Set aside. Dip cube steak in milk, then into flour mixture, pressing to coat thoroughly. Repeat dipping step until milk and flour mixture are gone. Heat vegetable oil in large skillet. Add steak and cook 5 minutes per side or until golden brown. Remove to serving plate and top with prepared Country Gravy. This recipe yields 8 servings.
