  3. 1 1/2 cups 297g / 10oz Powdered sugar

  4. 1 Evaporated milk

  1. Recipe Instructions The strawberries I picked just this morning in my garden. (Thankfully, the birds and squirrels spared enough for all our invited guests). Virginia's chocolate sauce is a decadent mix of unsweetened chocolate (2 oz.), butter (1/2 cup), 1 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar, a small can of evaporated milk, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. This is cooked in a double boiler over hot water for 30 minutes. Bubbas will be tempted to eat it by the spoonful, but it is especially good with fresh strawberries.
