  1. 28 oz Coconut Milk

  2. 1 tb Red Curry Base

  3. 2 1/2 lb Beef Steak, Cut Into Strips

  4. 1 tb Lemon Zest

  5. 1/2 c Fish Sauce

  6. 2 ts Sugar

  7. 14 oz Baby Corn

  8. 3/4 c Peas, Fresh Or Frozen

  9. 1 ts Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce

  10. GARNISH -- Chopped Sweet Basil, Fresh

  1. In a large saucepan, combine half of the coconut milk and curry base over low heat.

  2. When oil appears on surface, add meat.

  3. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Serve over rice or Thai Jasmine Rice and garnish with sweet basil.
