  1. 1 cup quinoa

  2. 2 cups water

  3. 1/2 cup apples thinly sliced

  4. 1/3 cup raisins, seedless

  5. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  6. 1 x milk or cream

  7. 1 x honey or brown sugar*

  1. Rinse quinoa and add to water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes.

  2. Add apples, raisins and cinnamon; simmer until water is absorbed.

  3. Serve with milk or cream and sweeten to taste with honey or brown sugar.
