  1. 3 cups 711ml Red cabbage - shredded

  2. 3 cups 711ml Green cabbage - shredded

  3. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Granny smith apple - diced (medium)

  4. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Pear - diced (medium)

  5. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Green pepper - diced (medium)

  6. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Celery - chopped

  7. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Raisins

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Plain nonfat yogurt

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Mayonnaise

  10. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Dijon mustard

  11. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Red wine vinegar

  12. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Celery seeds

  13. 1 teaspoon 5ml Pepper

  1. In large bowl, combine cabbage, apples, pears, green peppers, celery, and raisin.

  2. In small bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayo, mustard, vinegar, celery seeds, and black pepper.

  3. Pour over salad; toss to mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Toss prior to serving.
