  1. 5 C Flour

  2. 1/4 Yeast Cake

  3. 1 1/2 Tbsp Shortening

  4. 1 1/4 C Warm Water

  5. 1/4 C Sugar

  6. 1 tsp. Salt

  1. Dissolve yeast in ¼ C warm water, melt shortening mix everything in bowl adding flour gradually. Knead 10 min. Cover and let rise in warm place till double in size.

  2. Punch down and roll out Add favorite toppings
