  1. 1 lb ham , ground

  2. 1 1/2 lbs pork , ground

  3. 2 eggs

  4. 3/4 cup milk

  5. 1 cup cracker crumb

  6. 1 cup vinegar

  7. 1/2 cup water , cold

  8. 1 tablespoon dry mustard

  9. 1 cup brown sugar

  1. Preheat over to 325°F.

  2. Form ham, pork, eggs, milk and cracker crumbs into 20 balls.

  3. In a separate bowl mix vinegar, cold water, dry mustard and brown sugar.

  4. Just before baking, cover the meatballs with sauce.

  5. Bake 2 hours at 325F covered the first hour and uncovered the second hour.
