  1. 3 tablespoons 45ml Sherry

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Soy sauce

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Fresh ginger - finely chopped

  4. 1 cup 237ml Chicken broth

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Vegetable oil

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cauliflower - cut in florets (medium)

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Broccoli head (medium) cut in florets

  8. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Toasted sesame seeds

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sesame oil

  10. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Cornstarch dissolved in

  11. 2 tb. W

  1. Make sauce by combining sherry, soy sauce, ginger and chicken broth. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet. Stir fry the vegetables for 3 to 4 minutes. Add sauce and sesame seeds; mix together well.

  2. Cover and steam/cook another 3 to 4 minutes, just until tender crisp. Uncover and sprinkle sesame oil over vegetables. Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook about one minute more or until sauce thickens. Serve immediately.
