  1. 2 Oranges - peeled, and Cut in bite-size pieces

  2. 1 Banana - peeled and sliced

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Lowfat milk

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Honey

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Vanilla

  6. 2 Ice cubes

  7. Ground nutmeg - optional

  8. Orange slices for garnish -

  1. Place oranges, banana, milk, honey, and vanilla in blender container or food processor bowl. Cover and blend about 60 seconds or until smooth.

  2. With machine running, add ice cubes one at a time through hole in lid of blender, or feed tube of processor. Blend 15 seconds more.

  3. Pour into 3 tall glasses. Sprinkle ground nutmeg on top and garnish with orange slices, if desired.

  4. This recipe yields 3 servings.
