  1. 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled

  2. 1/4 cup regular or light mayonnaise

  3. 2 tsp honey Dijon mustard

  4. Pinch salt and pepper Pinch

  5. 1/4 cup mashed smoked salmon

  6. 50 mL

  7. 2 tsp minced capers

  8. 2 tsp minced fresh dill

  9. 10 mL

  10. Lemon juice to taste

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks. With fork, mash yolks; add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.

  2. Add smoked salmon, capers, dill and lemon juice.

  3. Refill whites with yolk mixture and garnish with smoked salmon and fresh dill.

  4. Suggestions Serve immediately or store, covered, in refrigerator.

  5. Use within 3 days.
