  2. 250g light cream cheese

  3. 185g can tuna in oil, drained

  4. 1/2 cup light whole-egg mayonnaise

  5. 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

  6. 1/4 cup drained capers

  7. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  1. Place cream cheese, tuna, mayonnaise, parsley, capers and lemon juice in a food processor. Process until just smooth. Serve.
