  2. 16 ounces cream cheese at room temp

  3. 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine

  4. 4 1/2 ounces canned, chopped black olives

  5. 8 ounces New York sharp Cheddar cheese

  6. 2 1/2 ounces canned chopped green chiles, undrained

  7. 1 cup salsa, preferred style

  8. 12 large flour tortillas

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese and Cheddar.

  2. Add in the onions, olives and chiles, stirring again.

  3. Place several tablespoons in the middle of a tortilla then top with a dollop of salda.

  4. Roll up and serve or chill before serving.
