  1. 2 1/2 quart Popped popcorn

  2. 1 cup Chow Mein noodles; optional

  3. cup Peanuts

  4. cup Peanut oil

  5. 2 tablespoons Soy sauce

  6. 1 teaspoon Five-spice powder

  7. teaspoon Garlic powder

  8. teaspoon Sesame salt or salt

  9. teaspoon Ground ginger

  10. teaspoon Cayenne pepper

  11. teaspoon Sugar

  1. I just found a great site for popcorn recipes if anyone else is interested:

  2. Keep popcorn, noodles and peanuts warm. Combine remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Slowly pour over popcorn mixture, tossing to blend. Pour into a large roasting pan. Heat in a 300-degree Fahrenheit oven for 5-10 minutes, stirring once.

  3. Yield: 2½ quarts.
