  1. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Beef brisket

  2. 3 Garlic - diced

  3. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Bacon

  4. 3 Onions - sliced

  5. 4 cups 640g / 22oz Cooked pinto beans

  6. 1 cup 237ml Ketchup

  7. 3 Carrots - sliced

  8. 2 Hot peppers - diced

  9. 3 Tomatoes - cubed

  10. 2 cups 220g / 7.8oz Celery - sliced

  11. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Corn

  12. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vegetable seasoning

  1. Boil brisket for 3 hours. After 2 1/2 hours, combine garlic, bacon, onions, and beans; bake at 350F for 1/2 hour.

  2. Add boiled brisket to baking ingredients; also add rest of ingredients; continue baking at 350F for another 1/2 hour.

  3. Remove from oven; allow to cool; refrigerate.

  4. Serve the next day with rice.
